1. Nature of Membership
Membership is a one-time, lifetime purchase — no auto-renewal, no recurring charges. You pay for access and features, not copyright in the original texts.
2. Immediate Delivery
Membership is a virtual digital service delivered instantly. Under PRC Consumer Protection Law Art. 25, online-activated digital services are exempt from the 7-day no-reason return.
3. When Refunds Apply
Upon verification: duplicate charges; service failure attributable to the Platform; membership activated but with no entitlements used and requested within 7 days.
4. How to Request
Submit via Member Center → Submit Feedback; we verify and respond within 7 business days, returning funds to the original account.
